ThunderTac Quick Release Tactical Sling (QRT)

The ThunderTac Quick Release Tactical Sling (QRT) is an easy to use, rapid action 3-point tactical sling that allows for multiple carry options and positions. Constructed of 1¼" wide, thick heavy duty nylon, the QRT allows for "hands free" action, keeping the weapon close and always at the muzzle-down ready position. The QRT's versatility allows the shooter to go prone, to conduct doorway searches both strong and weak side, as well as get a true "rifleman's" hold on the gun. An optional quick disconnect feature incorporated on the front sling attachement allows the operator to unhook from the weapon, providing added safety during waterborne operations. The QRT does not require any tools or adapters to be mounted. It can be used with the supplied wraparound hand guard attachments or it can interface directly with weapon mounted swivels. Direct mounting to swivels is desirable for those guns utilizing top-mounted lasers/lights, etc.
